2. Event Participation & Registration

• Tickets and event registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during events.
• Attendees must follow all event guidelines, security protocols, and venue regulations.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of event policies.

3. Sponsorship & Vendor Agreements

• Sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors must comply with the terms outlined in their individual agreements.
• Promotional materials, booths, and branding displays must be pre-approved by Aracia.
• Failure to comply with agreed-upon sponsorship terms may result in withdrawal of sponsorship benefits.

4. Liability & Safety

• Aracia – Arab Community in America, its organizers, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur at any of our events or activities.
• All attendees, volunteers, and vendors participate at their own risk.
• Attendees must follow safety protocols and event staff instructions at all times.

5. Photography, Media & Publicity Consent

• By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
• Media content may be used on our website, social media, printed materials, and marketing campaigns.
• If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify event staff upon arrival.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• By registering for an event or subscribing to our communications, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties.

7. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Aracia reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or programming.
• If an event is canceled, registered participants will be notified via email with alternative options.
• Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated in the specific event’s policy.
